Designem toho sportovn\u00edho Porsche se inspirovala i prvn\u00ed generace 911 z roku 1963 s ozna\u010den\u00edm 901. Tato prvn\u00ed 911 byla navr\u017eena jako v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed verze 356 se zadn\u00edmi sedadly.<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u00ed 911 pou\u017e\u00edvaly dvoulitrov\u00e9 motory boxer s v\u00fdkonem 130 kon\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to zn\u00ed jako m\u00e1lo, ale hmotnost prvn\u00edch verz\u00ed 911 se pohybovala okolo jedn\u00e9 tuny. Zachovala si ve\u0161ker\u00fd charakter, ale p\u0159esto byl zcela jin\u00fdm autem.
