Nepoc\u00edtili jsme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd pokles v\u00fdkonu nebo p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1tou brzdovou kapalinu, zkr\u00e1tka jsme jezdili p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho v kuse, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se b\u011bhem jednoho kola objevily lehk\u00e9 vibrace, kter\u00e9 po dal\u0161\u00edm kole zmizely. Byla to v\u0161ak informace, \u017ee je n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b. Ano, h\u00e1d\u00e1te spr\u00e1vn\u011b. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 teploty. Na\u0161e 330i m\u00e1 jako v\u011bt\u0161ina BMW p\u0159\u00edvod \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu z p\u0159edn\u00edho n\u00e1razn\u00edku do podb\u011bhu, samotn\u00e9 auto je v\u00fdrazn\u011b leh\u010d\u00ed a pou\u017eili jsme velmi nen\u00e1ro\u010dnou sm\u011bs brzdov\u00fdch desek, kter\u00e1 nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 teploty. Teplotu brzdov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu to prost\u011b nijak v\u00fdrazn\u011b nesn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Zam\u011b\u0159ili jsme se proto na je\u0161t\u011b dokonalej\u0161\u00ed chlazen\u00ed. Standardn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvod vzduchu k p\u0159edn\u00edm brzd\u00e1m doplnily hadice z p\u0159edn\u00edho n\u00e1razn\u00edku do podb\u011bhu pod \u00fahlem sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1por vzduchu p\u0159\u00edmo na kotou\u010d. Takzvan\u00fd hus\u00ed krk ale nevede a\u017e k samotn\u00e9mu kotou\u010di. To by bylo sice je\u0161t\u011b efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ale o dost n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vydr\u017e\u00ed sotva p\u00e1r j\u00edzd, ne\u017e se mechanicky po\u0161kod\u00ed. Vzduch do podb\u011bhu nav\u00edc sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed drobn\u00e9 ale efektivn\u00ed hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky. Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno nab\u00edraj\u00ed v\u00edce \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu, kter\u00fd proud\u00ed k brzd\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<h2>Nepodce\u0148ujte chlazen\u00ed brzd<\/h2>\n<p>\u010cekali jsme, \u017ee to bude dostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ale p\u0159esto jsme s sebou na prvn\u00ed j\u00edzdy vzali n\u00e1hradn\u00ed kotou\u010de i brzdov\u00e9 desky. D\u016fvodem nebyla jen prevence mechanick\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed, ale i na\u0161e o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee se brzdy opot\u0159ebuj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po 700 kilometrech na trati. Jen\u017ee my jsme cht\u011bli najet 1000 kilometr\u016f za jedin\u00fd den. Nav\u00edc samotn\u00e1 v\u00fdm\u011bna je ot\u00e1zkou asi jen 30 minut a pl\u00e1novali jsme ji t\u011bsn\u011b po poledni.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u0161t\u011b, ne\u017e se dostaneme k samotn\u00e9mu je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed na Nordschleife, zm\u00edn\u00edm dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fapravy, kter\u00e9 se na 330i stihly ud\u011blat p\u0159ed odjezdem. Krom pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho vylep\u0161en\u00ed chlazen\u00ed brzd dostala 330i pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ulo\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1prav, diferenci\u00e1lu a \u0159azen\u00ed od Powerflex. Auto te\u010f p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce informac\u00ed o povrchu a ost\u0159eji reaguje na plynu i volant. P\u0159evodovka dostala novou spojku a setrva\u010dn\u00edk jako prevenci. P\u0159ece jen tyto komponenty \u010dek\u00e1 nemal\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. V\u00fdm\u011bnu v\u0161ech napln\u00ed a brzdov\u00e9ho oblo\u017een\u00ed snad ani nemus\u00edme zmi\u0148ovat. Pneumatiky Federal jsme nahradily sm\u011bs\u00ed Yokohama Advan AD08RS s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159kou 245 na v\u0161ech kolech. Tou hlavn\u00ed novinkou, na kterou jsme se hodn\u011b t\u011b\u0161ili je lamelov\u00fd samosvorn\u00fd diferenci\u00e1l Drexler s p\u0159evodem ur\u010den\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edmo pro Nordschleife. V pl\u00e1nu bylo je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik drobnost\u00ed, jako jsou hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 podlahy pro \u0159idi\u010de a spolujezdce nebo ukazatel teploty oleje. Bohu\u017eel se v\u0161e nestihlo podle pl\u00e1nu a n\u011bkter\u00e9 drobnosti musely po\u010dkat do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho servisu.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8220;1_2,1_2&#8243; Zabalili jsme pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed, n\u00e1hradn\u00ed brzdy i pneumatiky a vyrazili p\u0159es Rozvadov sm\u011br poho\u0159\u00ed Eifel. Cestov\u00e1n\u00ed ve \u201evykuchan\u00e9\u201c 330i je p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e by se mohlo zd\u00e1t. Podvozek KW Clubsport je alespo\u0148 v na\u0161em setupu dostate\u010dn\u011b poddajn\u00fd a sko\u0159epiny Sparco s pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159em pod zadkem p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b pohodln\u00e9. Ve\u010der p\u0159ed celodenn\u00edm je\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm na trati jsme na m\u00edstn\u00edch okresk\u00e1ch je\u0161t\u011b \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zajeli nov\u00e9 brzdov\u00e9 komponenty. Pou\u017eily jsme z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b stejnou sm\u011bs brzdov\u00fdch desek, abychom poznali p\u0159\u00ednos chlazen\u00ed. Tedy relativn\u011b dostupn\u00e9 Ferodo Racing DS2500 v kombinaci se s\u00e9riov\u00fdmi kotou\u010di, kter\u00e9 jsou mimochodem podm\u00ednkou pro vytrvalostn\u00ed z\u00e1vody RCN i VLN v kategorii V5.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e1no jsme vyrazili do prvn\u00edho kola lehce po osm\u00e9 hodin\u011b. Okam\u017eit\u011b byly zn\u00e1t nov\u00e9 pneumatiky. Jin\u00e1 sm\u011bs nep\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ela hlavn\u011b p\u0159i brzd\u011bn\u00ed tolik trakce jako p\u0159edchoz\u00ed Federaly. Zadn\u00ed kola ztr\u00e1cela p\u0159ilnavost i na brzd\u00e1ch s rovn\u00fdmi koly. Zrovna na ringu celkem nev\u00fdhodn\u00e1 situace. Po prvn\u00edm kole jsme ubraly tlaky na 2,2 na zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00fdch pneu bez z\u00e1sadn\u00edho zlep\u0161en\u00ed. Toho jsme se nedo\u010dkali ani po n\u011bkolika kolech, kdy se pneumatiky dostali do vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch provozn\u00edch teplot. Zkr\u00e1tka nov\u00e1 sm\u011bs AD08 s ozna\u010den\u00edm RS nefunguje, jak se n\u00e1m pozd\u011bji potvrdilo u zdej\u0161\u00edch zku\u0161en\u00fdch mechanik\u016f. Nav\u00edc v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka trochu otupila \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a auto bylo v\u00fdrazn\u011b n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na tah\u00e1n\u00ed za volant p\u0159i p\u0159ejezdu nerovnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ekvapily n\u00e1s ale brzdy. Respektive jejich vylep\u0161en\u00e9 chlazen\u00ed. Ani po n\u011bkolika ostr\u00fdch kolech bez pauzy se nedostaly do p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fdch teplot, co\u017e potvrdilo i jejich matn\u011b \u0161ed\u00e9 zbarven\u00ed bez tmav\u011b modr\u00fdch flek\u016f, kter\u00e9 se na kotou\u010d\u00edch p\u016fvodn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159ely. Pozitivn\u011b se projevil tak\u00e9 podvozek s nov\u00fdm pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ulo\u017een\u00edm a geometrie s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi odklony. Po svezen\u00ed v jin\u00e9 E90 330i nastaven\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo pro Nordschleife jsme uznali, \u017ee na\u0161e auto mus\u00ed o kousek bl\u00ed\u017ee k zemi a tlumi\u010de zaslou\u017e\u00ed trochu tu\u017e\u0161\u00ed nastaven\u00ed. To je ale jen drobnost, kterou vy\u0159e\u0161\u00edme a\u017e na srpnov\u00e9 je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 se uvid\u00ed, jestli z\u016fstaneme u s\u00e9riov\u00fdch stabiliz\u00e1tor\u016f nebo zvol\u00edme tu\u017e\u0161\u00ed nastaven\u00ed s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Trefit dokonal\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b s relativn\u011b m\u011bkce nastaven\u00fdm podvozkem m\u011bla na\u0161e 330i opravdu perfektn\u00ed trakci. Na v\u00fdjezdu z uta\u017een\u00fdch zat\u00e1\u010dek, p\u0159i p\u0159ejezdu obrubn\u00edk\u016f nebo p\u0159i v\u00fdjezdu z velk\u00e9ho i mal\u00e9ho Karussellu. Ztr\u00e1celi jsme ale p\u0159i n\u00e1jezdech do ostr\u00fdch zat\u00e1\u010dek a p\u0159i rychl\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch sm\u011bru nap\u0159\u00edklad v Adenauer-Forst. Zp\u011bt ale k trakci zadn\u00edch kol. T\u00e9 z\u00e1sadn\u011b pomohl ve v\u0161ech technick\u00fdch pas\u00e1\u017e\u00edch diferenci\u00e1l Drexler. Prakticky neexistuje situace, kdy by se zadn\u00ed kola proto\u010dila. Snad jen dvakr\u00e1t za cel\u00fd den se zadek na okam\u017eik sklouzl pod pln\u00fdm plynem, ale bylo to hlavn\u011b \u0161patn\u011b zvolen\u00fdm pr\u016fjezdem uta\u017een\u00e9 zat\u00e1\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u011b je dojem z nastaven\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed 330i hodn\u011b pozitivn\u00ed. Vlastn\u011b dokonce lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsme \u010dekali. Brzdy, motor i podvozek funguj\u00ed i po n\u011bkolika kolech p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011b a konzistentn\u011b. Auto je extr\u00e9mn\u011b hodn\u00e9 a doslova odpou\u0161t\u00ed chyby. Jen\u017ee takov\u00e9 \u201ehodn\u00e9\u201c j\u00edzdn\u00ed nastaven\u00ed m\u00e1 jedno docela podstatn\u00e9 negativum. Je j\u00edm rychlost! Respektive pomalost, proto\u017ee na\u0161e 330i s m\u011bkce nastaven\u00fdm podvozkem, plynule klouzaj\u00edc\u00edmi pneumatikami a nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 ostr\u00fdmi brzdami jezd\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy ne\u017e stejn\u00e1 ale ost\u0159eji nastaven\u00e1 auta. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno ujet b\u011bhem jednoho dne p\u0159es 800 km na Nordschleife chce trochu lep\u0161\u00ed fyzickou p\u0159\u00edpravu a dobrou sva\u010dinu. Hlavn\u011b v dopoledn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch se mi po n\u011bkolika v kuse ujet\u00fdch kolech ned\u011blalo \u00fapln\u011b dob\u0159e od \u017ealudku. V\u011bc, kter\u00e1 se mi na okruhu v Most\u011b prost\u011b nestane. J\u00edzda na ringu vy\u017eaduje mnohem v\u00edce koncentrace a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem i energetick\u00fdch z\u00e1sob. Proto pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b krom lep\u0161\u00edch pneumatik mus\u00edm zapracovat na sv\u00e9 kondici.<\/p>\n<p>Zapracovat ale mus\u00edme tak\u00e9 v d\u00edln\u011b. Pot\u0159ebujeme je\u0161t\u011b l\u00e9pe vy\u0159e\u0161it elektronick\u00fd probl\u00e9m s plynov\u00fdm ped\u00e1lem. Ne v\u017edy spr\u00e1vn\u011b reaguje p\u0159i pod\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00ed s meziplynem. Je to sice drobnost ale docela podstatn\u00e1. P\u0159i pod\u0159azen\u00ed bez meziplynu se u 330i hlavn\u011b po instalaci samosvorn\u00e9ho diferenci\u00e1lu prost\u011b na okam\u017eik kousnou kola a to nen\u00ed zrovna dobr\u00e9 pro stabilitu ve vysok\u00fdch rychlostech.
